• Invoices are due within 14 days
• Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee
• K11 retains ownership of work until payment is complete

We reserve the right to pause or terminate a project for non-payment.


6. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may integrate or recommend third-party services (e.g., Shopify, Webflow, Google Fonts). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. K11 is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or breaches.


7. Confidentiality

All non-public project information shared between K11 and the client will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with outside parties without consent, unless required by law.


8. Warranties & Disclaimers

We strive to deliver excellent digital work, but:
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website
• Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption


9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Clients may also terminate project work under the terms outlined in their service agreement.
